SCULPTRA®
What is SCULPTRA®
Sculptra® is an advanced injectable collagen stimulator that gradually restores facial volume, improves skin firmness and enhances overall facial quality. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, Sculptra works by stimulating your body's natural collagen production, delivering subtle, progressive rejuvenation that can last for more than two years.
Ideal for patients experiencing age-related volume loss or skin laxity, Sculptra helps restore facial structure whilst maintaining a natural appearance. Dr Sultan develops a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your facial anatomy, providing gradual improvements that leave you looking refreshed rather than treated.

Additional information
-
Sculptra is designed to restore collagen that naturally declines with age. Rather than adding immediate volume like hyaluronic acid fillers, it gradually strengthens the skin's structural support, resulting in natural-looking rejuvenation over several months.
Sculptra may be suitable if you wish to:
Restore age-related facial volume loss
Improve skin firmness and elasticity
Soften hollow cheeks and temples
Improve jawline definition
Reduce facial sagging
Improve skin quality
Achieve long-lasting, natural-looking rejuvenation
Delay the need for more invasive facial procedures
Because results develop gradually, friends and family often notice that you look fresher and healthier without recognising you've had treatment.
-
Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible collagen stimulator that has been used safely in medicine for many years.
Following injection, the liquid carrier is naturally absorbed by the body over the first few days. The PLLA particles remain beneath the skin, where they stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the following weeks and months.
As collagen levels increase, the skin becomes firmer, stronger and more supportive, helping to restore facial structure and soften age-related volume loss.
Unlike dermal fillers, Sculptra does not create instant volumisation. Instead, results appear gradually over 8–12 weeks, producing subtle, natural improvements that continue to develop after each treatment session.
-
Sculptra is commonly used to rejuvenate:

On arrival
Dr Sultan will assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals and determine the number of Sculptra vials required to achieve a balanced result.

Treatment typically takes around 45–60 minutes.
Results
Immediately after treatment, temporary fullness is normal and will settle within a few days as the sterile water is absorbed.
Your own collagen production gradually increases over the following weeks, with noticeable improvement usually developing between 6 and 12 weeks.
Most patients require 2–4 treatment sessions, depending on age, collagen loss and treatment goals.
Results can last up to two years or longer following a full treatment course.
-

Patients who are pregnant
Patients who are breastfeeding
Patients with active skin infection

A comprehensive consultation with Dr Sultan will determine whether Sculptra is the most appropriate treatment for your concerns.

Successful Sculptra treatment depends on more than simply injecting the product. Achieving natural, balanced results requires a thorough understanding of facial ageing, collagen loss and facial anatomy.
Dr Sultan takes a regenerative approach to facial rejuvenation, carefully assessing where structural support has been lost and creating a personalised treatment plan that restores collagen gradually over time. His philosophy is to enhance your natural features rather than overfill the face, delivering subtle, elegant results that continue to improve for months after treatment.
Whether Sculptra is used as a standalone treatment or combined with FaceTite®, Morpheus8® or dermal fillers, every treatment plan is tailored to your individual anatomy and long-term aesthetic goals.
