BLEPHAROPLASTY
Short Summary
Excess skin and the consequent drop of the upper eyelid as bags under the eyes can be reduced by the blepharoplasty procedure. It is called upper blepharoplasty if performed only on the upper eyelid, or complete if performed on both eyelids.
When done according to our standards, the procedure gives great rewards, including being practically permanent, not needing a repeat procedure in the vast majority of cases, even over a long period of time.
The scars are nicely hidden by the natural folds in the eyelids and tend to disappear. The result is a fresher look, one not weighed down by chalasis of the eyebrows, which in women sometimes makes applying make-up difficult and in men causes a tired, sleepy appearance. This surgery is performed with the highest standard of safety and quality.

The ageing process causes our earlobes to lose volume, elasticity, and firmness, leading to a deflated or drooping appearance. Factors such as genetics, sun exposure, and wearing heavy earrings can accelerate these changes.
-
Earlobe fillers are a non-invasive cosmetic procedure designed to replenish lost volume, restore structure, and smooth out wrinkles and fine lines in the earlobes.
-
Local anaesthetic injections to numb the ear, then precise plastic surgical techniques to repair stretched or torn piercings. The wound is closed with very fine sutures, which are removed within seven days in the clinic.

Prior to arrival
A week before treatment stop all use of irritant topical products (Acids, Retinol, Vitamin C or scrubs)
If you are taking blood thinners, including NSAIDs such as Asprin or Ibuprofen, you should discuss with your doctor whether it is possible to discontinue their use throughout the course of your treatment.
On arrival
Dr Sultan will undertake an initial consultation to understand any of your concerns and to review your medical history, after which the treatment area will be photographed. He will advise you of the results that the treatment would likely achieve.
Once a treatment plan is agreed, he will administer the filler, after which there will be a number of small red bumps at the injection sites. These bumps usually settle down within hours and within 24 hours, should not be visible.
Results
The effects of the treatment commence within 3-5 days and it is normal for it to take between 10-12 days for the full effect of the treatment to become visible.
We will arrange for a follow up video consultation 12-14 days following the treatment and, if required, we may suggest a complimentary top-up at this point.
Within 3-4 months of the treatment, we would expect the effects to be wearing off and recommend booking a return visit.
